Where are you located, can I pick up my order?
We are located in St-Lambert-de-Lauzon on the South Shore of Quebec. Yes, it is possible to pick up your order directly here. Just select the "Collect" option as the delivery method when you complete your purchases.
- From the moment you receive the email telling you that your order has been processed (also check your unwanted emails) you must pick up your order within 7 days.
- To pick up your order you must write to us on the page Facebook in private so that we set an "appointment" to pick up your order.
- The usual conditions of sale also apply, so if you want to add fabric to your order, you do not have to make several multiple orders, but come and let us know and we will make the additions directly to your initial order.
Is it possible to place two orders and pair them?
No, to add to your order you must write to us privately what you would like to add and we will add it to your initial order ourselves if it is not too late. No refund of delivery charges will be made if you place multiple orders.
Are your fabrics in stock or in pre-order?
All fabrics are in stock except for the "pre-order" section when a pre-order is in progress.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed between 1 and 5 business days (not including weekends) and then most of them are shipped by Purolator within 1-2 days for Quebec residents. For more details, please refer to the "Shipping and Returns" section.
