Shipping in Quebec is $12 and $15 in Ontario. For the rest of CANADA it is at the fixed price of $18. For international shipping, the costs are calculated according to the weight of the pack. LOther charges that may be added (customs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.Most packs are shipped by Purolator and Canada Post. 

Your orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.

When the pack leaves the store, it is your responsibility to manage its delivery as necessary in order to avoid, for example, a theft if your pack is delivered without a signature. You must also track your pack with the tracking number you receive by email as soon as your order is processed (ndon't forget to check your junk mail). If you are absent on the day of delivery, the delivery person may leave a card indicating how to collect your pack if a signature is required. It is important to track your pack, because with bad weather it can sometimes happen that the card left outside is no longer there when you return home. Know that with Purolator when you see with your tracking number that a delivery attempt has been made and you were absent, you can contact them directly to arrange a second delivery, otherwise you have to go there to arrange it. recover within 5 days. If after this period you still have not claimed your pack, it will be automatically returned to me and you will then have to pay a $ 15 fee to have it reshipped to you. No order cancellation or refund is possible for an unclaimed pack.
